Session 20 describes the division of the Promised Land between the 11 tribes, excluding Levites. Joshua reminded the Israelites of their rich spiritual heritage and all God had done for them. They vowed to serve the Lord and erected a witness stone. Following the death of Joshua and Eleazer the high priest, the children of Israel entered the period of the Judges.
